Margin Ghost is a simple tool for chefs to check market price estimates. By using the site (checking the TOS box on signup), you agree to these terms. We can change them with notice on the site—continued use means you accept.
We provide proprietary market estimates (updated Sundays) for wholesale items. Use them to compare quotes—enter your supplier price rounded to the nearest nickel or adjusted by a penny or two for accuracy. These are estimates only, not guarantees or advice. You’re responsible for your entries and any supplier talks. No warranties—they’re for informational use, and you handle compliance with your supplier agreements.
• Free: 3 items forever (any you choose). Add a 4th? Upgrade required.
• Paid: $19.99/month (first 1,000 locked forever). Unlocks all 100+ items. Billed monthly via Lemon Squeezy (our processor). Auto-renews until canceled.
Handled by Lemon Squeezy—see their terms[](https://www.lemonsqueezy.com/terms). We don’t store card info. No refunds after 7 days; cancel anytime via their portal (effective end of term). Late payments? Service pauses until paid. Taxes? They handle it.

We own the estimates, site, and ghost. You get a limited, non-exclusive license for personal use while subscribed. Feedback? Ours to use.
Cancel anytime (paid via Lemon Squeezy). We can end access for abuse (e.g., gaming the free tier) with notice. On end: You lose access; we delete local data on request.
No liability for estimates or your negotiations—use at your risk. Our max liability? Fees you paid in the last month. No consequential damages.
Governed by Wyoming law. Disputes? Arbitration in Wyoming first (cheaper than court). CCPA: We don’t sell your data.
